We offer a Half Day Mental Health Awareness, a 2-day Mental Health First Aid Course and a four-hour MHFA Refresher (Mental Health England).
MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AID COURSE
Build confidence to support mental wellbeing at work.
This Two Day Certificated Course equips participants with the skills to recognise the signs of common mental health challenges and respond appropriately. Learners gain practical tools to support colleagues in distress, have supportive conversations, and guide people towards professional help when needed.

This session helps Mental Health First Aiders continue to feel confident and effective in their role while reinforcing best practice and self-care.
