Julia is a professional, safe, and inclusive MHFA Instructor, as her mentor I had the pleasure of working with her during her instructor training and I found her to be a very enthusiastic and dedicated trainer, she completed the training and was approved within a few months. She quickly upskilled through the range of MHFA England courses.

Since her approval status Julia has gained experience delivering various MHFA England courses some of which she has delivered on my behalf and on my recommendation, her feedback is always glowing.

I would recommend Julia for any associate appointment or to become a National Trainer.

Andrew L Jackson – National Trainer for Mental Health First Aid England

Jules was amazing. Truthfully I was quite nervous about doing this training as I really don’t have the best track record of being able to focus and learn in a classroom like environment, especially not all day. But I found myself completely engaged the entire time which is so rare for me. Jules is able to explain things so well and she is so knowledgeable. She made everyone feel completely comfortable even when discussing sensitive topics that many of the people in attendance had been personally affected by. She absolutely slayed it last week, I’m so glad I got to be there!

Julia’s expertise and dedication to the topic of mental health was inspiring. She was very professional and dealt with sensitive topics extremely well. I would highly recommend the course thanks to Julia’s coaching.

Julia was an amazing instructor. She was very informative but also caring, giving amazing advice and reflecting back on personal anecdotes that help with our learning and understanding further.
